Our law firm is the only law firm in Peru whose members are part of the Board of Directors of the two most prestigious Medical Law Associations worldwide in this specialized area of law, demonstrating the international recognition of the leadership exercised in our country and the expertise achieved.

Likewise, Meza & Jiménez Abogados is accredited as a Legal Boutique specialized in Medical Law within the Latin American Association of Medical Law with headquarters in San José, Costa Rica, as well as in the Peruvian headquarters of the Latin American Association of Medical Law – ASOLADEME PERU.

Our lawyers and our doctors are members of the most prestigious associations of Medical Law in the world, such as:

• World Association of Medical Law: where our Founding Partners have been the first Peruvian Lawyers specialized in Medical Law who qualified to be active members and are the only representatives of our country at present, being one of them since 2017 elected as Member of the Board of Governors of such International Organization and in September 2018 has also been promoted as Vice President for American Continent of this important and prestigious Global Association, being overwhelmingly re-elected in both positions for the period 2022-2026.
• Latin American Medical Law Association, where the doctors and lawyers of our Law Firm are members and 2 of them are part of the Board of Directors and Special Committees within the Association.
• Peruvian Branch of the Latin American Association of Medical Law – ASOLADEME PERU, where the lawyers and physicians of our Firm are associates and also the founding partners of our Law Firm have been appointed members of the Board of Directors for the period 2019 – 2024.
• One of the founding partners of our Law Firm is a member of the Spanish Association of Health Lawyers and of the Spanish Society of Public Health and Health Administration – SESPAS.
